We recognize and value not only the evaluation reports but also the questions submitted by the groups in various communications. We have taken note of answers provided to the evaluation groups by many technical experts. In order to aid your understanding, we have undertaken the consolidation of all the evaluation group questions of which we are aware, along with answers provided by relevant experts. We have organized this material in a fashion that we believe may be helpful for your consideration. This is included as Annex 1. Introduction This document summarizes the responses to some of the questions/comments raised during the evaluation of the IP-OFDMA proposal (ITU-R Contribution 8F/1065 and 8F/1079R1). The document is organized based on responses for each of the sections in the contribution.
